- One day prior to the webinar, you will receive a meeting invite link along with a personalized user ID after registering.
- Please join the webinar 15 minutes early to avoid last-minute hassles.
- Verify that your device meets the system requirements for running the specific application.
- Attach an external device for audio/video clarification.
- Follow the pre-provided steps to avoid any technical issues on the day of the event.
- Sit in a quiet area where you will have good network access without any disturbances.
- Turn off your audio when other people are speaking. Raising your hand to speak up or ask questions will cause the host to unmute you after the discussion is over.
- There will be twenty minutes allotted to each speaker.
- To ensure that you stay on schedule, please make sure that you start and end your presentation at the times indicated in the program.
- The webinar must be organized in English; if you are not comfortable presenting your presentation in English, you may join any of your colleagues as a translator; there will be no registration fee for the translator.
- Please plan your talk for 15 minutes, which includes 5 minutes for a Q&A session after your talk.
- Another alternative is to create a poster presentation if you would rather not bring a translator.
- The presentation needs to be provided in either PDF or PPT format.
